How is Rehab Group Governed?

The Rehab Group operates to the highest standards of governance and believes that setting and maintaining standards are critical to demonstrating accountability to all stakeholders, funders and supporters.

As a large Charity, the Company endeavours to have a governance structure that is fit for purpose, and the Group is in a position to state that it is compliant with the Charities Governance Code. The continued compliance with the Code is evaluated and confirmed annually.

The Rehab Group complies with all the Charities Regulator requirements, the Charity Commission (England and Wales) and the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator, particularly in reporting obligations.

We adhere to and implement the following codes.

  • Republic of Ireland Charities Act
  • SORP (Statement of Recommended Practice) for accounting and reporting practice
  • The Charities Governance Code – a Code of Practice that explains the minimum standards you should meet to effectively manage and control your charity.
