CEO, Barry McGinn
Barry McGinn is CEO of the Rehab Group. Barry has a wealth of experience from previous roles spanning the Department of Health, HSE and the Eastern Regional Health Authority. He has worked for Rehab Group since June, 2017 when he joined as Director of Business Development and Planning.
Director of People and Culture, Martina Talbot
Prior to joining Rehab Group, Martina worked as a People and Culture Director within in a range of companies both in the private and public sector in Ireland and internationally. These companies included Keelings, Top Oil, Xtra-vision, Thompsons Holidays and First Choice Travel, Beaumont Hospital and UK Civil Service. Martina has over 30 years experience in Human Resource Management with 20 years at director level. Martina is an experienced Business and Life Coach through psychology with an MSc from UCC. She is Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Qualified mediator and has a Diploma in Irish employment Law with UCD and qualifications in UK, Dutch, French, Chinese and Polish employment law.
Director of Finance and Corporate Support, Connie Kelleher
Prior to joining Rehab in 2016, Connie Kelleher, had worked as CFO/Company Secretary in BIM. Connie has more than two decades of experience working in the US and Japanese multinational sector in a variety of CFO and Finance Director roles. These included Wang Computers, Dell, Motorola, Alps Electric, Lear Donnelly and United Technologies. Connie is a 1st Class Honours graduate of UCC, a Fellow Chartered Accountant (PwC) and a Doctor of Governance from UCD/Institute of Public Administration.
Interim Director of Quality and Governance, Linda Coone
Linda has worked for Rehab Group for 22 years, and played a significant role leading out as Head of Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement for many years. As Interim Director of Quality & Governance, Linda is tasked with leading and directing the Rehab Group's Quality & Governance Directorate. She is also responsible for implementing systems to support compliance with regulation, legislation and standards, improving service user experience, influencing and fostering a culture of high quality, safe, person centred services across the organisation.
Interim Director of Learning, Lucianne Bird
Lucianne has worked for Rehab for 25 years, and played a significant leadership role within NLN for many years. Lucianne has previously served as Acting Director of Learning, and as Director of Strategic Development before taking on the role of Acting Director of Business Development & Planning. Lucianne is passionate about ensuring the inclusion of people of all abilities in the social, economic and cultural life of their communities and brings a wealth of experience in thought leadership, service design and stakeholder management. As Interim Director of Learning, Lucianne, will carry overarching responsibility for the operational management of all our Learning services. I know her passion and commitment to our Learning services will bring renewed vigour to our goal of always delivering high-quality services and ensuring the collective expertise of these services are fully recognised, utilised and leveraged.
Interim Director of Care, Grainne Fogarty
Grainne Fogarty, is Interim Director of Care with Rehab Group. Grainne has worked with Rehab for the past 17 years and has a long career in health and social care. Starting her career in nursing, before moving onto psychology and teaching roles, Grainne, then took on the management and coordination of service delivery in the Southern Region in her role as Regional Operating Officer (ROO). Grainne has ably worked across all models of service delivery that RehabCare provides including; respite, residential, outreach, Day care, children’s services and home support. As Interim Director of Care, Grainne carries overarching responsibility for the operational management of all Care services.
Director of Corporate Affairs, Finbarr Murray
Prior to joining Rehab, Fin was the Managing Director of 2gether Support Solutions, a company that delivers a range of clinical and non-clinical support services to the National Health Service in the UK. Fin was also the Director of Estates, Facilities and Procurement for the Hospital Group. Fin has worked in corporate services for over 25 years, working in the airline industry and Alzheimer's Society, International NGOs, Government and Asset Banking and during this time established operations in the US, China, Russia, Middle East and Europe. Fin has been a Non-Executive Director for a private Hospital group and is currently a trustee for Avante Care and Support in the UK.
Acting Director of Business Development and Planning, Keith Nolan
Keith has worked for Rehab for five years as the Head of HR and Performance and previously served as interim Director of People and Culture. Keith is a collaborative thought leader who has continued to drive efficiencies and streamline HR processes to improve our employees experience and is very passionate about the people who use our services. Keith previously worked in the insurance industry for 15 years, where he was a member of Aviva’s General Insurance senior leadership team working across the European offices. Keith is a member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Chartered Institute of Insurance Practitioners, Employment Law Adv. Diploma and Prince2.
