What we do

We are a charity that champions the value of diversity and inclusion of people with a disability or disadvantage, in their communities.
Together, we will constantly learn and seek to provide excellent services to foster and enhance social and economic independence.
Throughout its 70 year history, Rehab has striven to meet the needs of people who need specific supports to live lives of their choosing supporting individuals to thrive, achieve and shine

We are a charity that provides services for over 10,000 adults and children annually, championing the values of diversity and inclusion for people with disabilities or disadvantage in their communities throughout Ireland and the UK.

Our mission is to help change the lives of the people we serve by helping them to become more independent and more included in their communities by empowering them with the skills and confidence to be active in the workforce, and supporting them to be in charge of their health and wellness.

People with disabilities, people on the autism spectrum, people with mental health difficulties, older people who need support to live independently, people who are disadvantaged in some way in the labour market, and people who want a fresh start.

Rehab’s team of more than 3,200 people help to deliver our services in over 170 locations throughout Ireland and Scotland. Commitment and passion for the work we do unites all of our employees and drives the organisation forward. Empowering the people we support to reach their goals remains at the heart of our organisation.
