We strive to support you every step of the way. If you’re interested in applying for a role and have a question please read on as it may be answered here.

If you need support creating an account or your question is not answered please contact 01 2057202 or email recruit@rehab.ie with your query.

First you need to create an account. To do this go to: workforus.mua.hrdepartment.com/hr/ats/JobSeeker/createAccount

Once your account is created, upload your CV  [Valid file formats include .doc, .docx, .wpd, .rtf, .txt, HTML, and text-based PDF. Please note text is taken from file and embedded to your profile – no images will upload). Then fill out the required fields.

Once your account is created. You can login to your career centre portal at: workforus.mua.hrdepartment.com

Here you can perform a job search from the navigation panel on the left-hand side or follow this link to view all jobs:

Once you have chosen a job, click apply to follow our application process.

If you wish to update your personal details and edit your CV:

First login to your account on the career centre portal

workforus.mua.hrdepartment.com

choose career centre from the navigation panel on the left-hand side.

Click My CV and then CV profile.

On receipt of application every candidate will receive an email CV acknowledgement stating that Rehab Group is reviewing your application and will be in contact.

If you are already an employee with us and wish to refer a friend, please login to the internal portal with your company ID

Click on the $ sign located in the action column of the job and complete the form

We welcome re-applications. We frequently re-advertise jobs and applying again is encouraged.

The type of information we may collect

We need to know basic personal data in order to provide you with our services, i.e. processing of data regarding your employment. We will not collect any data from you that we do not need in order to provide and oversee the services we have agreed to provide you with.

The Use of personal Data

All the personal data we hold about you will be processed and stored securely by our staff in Ireland for no longer than is necessary. We will comply with our obligations and safeguard your rights under the Data Protection Act(s) 1998 & 2003 (as amended) and the General Data Protection Regulation at all times.

When we process your personal information for legitimate interest, we make sure to consider and balance any potential impact on you (both positive and negative), and your rights under data protection laws. Our legitimate interests do not automatically override your interests – we will not use your Personal Data for activities where our interests are overridden by the impact on you (unless we have your consent or are otherwise required or permitted to by law).

Whenever we process data for these purposes we will ensure that we always keep your Personal Data rights in high regard and take account of these rights. You have the right to object to this processing if you wish.

How long we keep your data

We will generally keep your personal data for a minimum of 7 years, after which time it will be destroyed if it is no longer required for the lawful purpose(s) for which it was obtained.

Sharing your personal data

Your personal data will only be shared with third parties including other data controllers where it is necessary for the performance of the data controllers’ task or where you give us your prior consent.

How Can You Access Your Data?

You have the right to ask for a copy of any of your personal data held by us (where such data is held) under the Data Protection Act(s) 1998 and 2003 (as amended) and under the GDPR.

No fee is payable and we will provide any and all information in response to your request free of charge.
