The fun relay race - one of the highlights of the parliamentary calendar- is sponsored by British Lion Eggs and sees the participants, dressed in aprons and chef's hats, toss pancakes sky-high while trying to be the fastest to make it to the finish line. It's all about raising awareness of the work of national brain injury charity, Rehab UK, and the needs of people with acquired brain injury.
The celebrity starter for the event is Iwan Thomas MBE, the current 400m British record holder and TV presenter.
