NEWGROVE HOUSING ASSOCIATION

Newgrove Housing recognises a significant need for housing services for individuals with specific support requirements.

Newgrove Housing Association provides community based accommodation facilities in locations throughout the country for people with disabilities and those from other marginalised groups in the community.

As a registered voluntary housing association, Newgrove accesses capital funding from the Department of Environment, Heritage and Local Government. Administration of this funding is through the various local housing authorities. The objective of the funding is to provide housing for persons eligible for social housing.

Newgrove Housing Association works in partnership with RehabCare as the support service provider. Through its regional management structure, RehabCare draws revenue funding for housing supports from the Department of Health and Children with administration of this funding through the local area health board.
